Paint Correction

Brilliant Detailing offers full paint correction for your vehicle.  This multi-step process removes imperfections from your paint and leaves a showroom-new finish.

Major paint correction

This detail is for clients who are looking to bring their vehicle back to showroom condition! Dark paint that is full of swirls, spiderwebs, scratches, and holograms will need a rejuvination.  After the paint is corrected, it will be protected with one of our premium sealants or waxes.  Want even more protection?  Learn about Opti-gloss Coat applications. The Process

- Vehicle washed using foam that strips old protection

- Tires, wheels and wheel wells thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed

- Full paint decontamination (removes road grime, raildust, bonded contaminates from the vehicle)

-Windows treated with a strong, water repellant sealant

- Full Paint Correction, including compounding and polishing.  Typically 2-3 rounds of compounding and polishing to achieve the ultimate finish

- A second wash to remove any left over compound or polish

-Last Step Protection.  Application of a sealant, wax, or ceramic coating

-Tires and Trim Dressed

Minor Paint Correction

This detail is for vehicles with light imperfections that can be removed in 1 step of polishing.  Typically, lighter colored vehicles that have been victim to a car wash fall into this category.  That being said, well maintained darker paints are good candidates for this detail.
